Editorial Guidelines
No products, no affiliate links, no sponsors
This is the constraint everything else follows from. We don't sell shilajit, we don't run an affiliate program, and we don't accept sponsored placement or paid reviews. If that ever changes, we'll disclose it clearly on the page in question — not bury it in a footer.
How we source claims
- Dosage ranges are drawn from commonly cited clinical and traditional-use sources, never invented.
- Purity and adulteration claims cite testing methodology where one exists, and say so when it doesn't.
- When a claim can't be verified — origin claims from a label, for example — we say it can't be verified instead of implying otherwise.
What we correct
Factual errors, outdated dosage guidance, and broken or misleading citations get corrected as soon as we're aware of them. Substantive corrections are noted with an updated date on the guide itself.
What this site is not
- Not medical advice — every guide says so, and means it.
- Not a store, and not a place to buy shilajit.
- Not written or reviewed by any supplement manufacturer.
